We all miss you, Mighty. Here's to hoping we see you in the games again, one day~
For Mighty, I was aiming for "bigger" and "stronger". As he stands, I'd say he's probably right between Knuckles and Vector in terms of bulk, but rivaling Knuckles in terms of strength.
Also, furry underbelly. Armadillos have furry underbellies~

Since you mentioned the comics... Any chance you'll do the SatAM cast? I mean, I love the designs they have now in the comics, don't get me wrong, but I am curious as to how you would have gone about redesigning them. (And to just challenge yourself more, pretend that the new designs don't exist when you do your interpretations.) I have been intrigued by the designs you've made so far though, and am interested to see the others when they come out. I'm ESPECIALLY curious about how you'll do Big.

I like how you give him a more jointed "shell," as well as the fuzzy belly. That's what always bugged me about Mighty...his back made him look more like some sort of beetle than an armadillo. Which is why I always liked Arlo better. But this design makes Mighty actually look more like what he's supposed to be.
He and Ray DID get a cameo appearance in Sonic Generations...on "Missing" posters in City Escape. XD I thought it was hilarious.

Pretty sure it was some kinda copyright thing, but if that's the case, it doesn't explain why he's in the comic books.
