Funny enough, he doesn't have one in MK1 as well. The lighting just makes it look like he does. x3

I like the current Kano best. He works better as an Australian for some reason.

Yeah. Originally, I was very fond of his MK3 look, but then I realized that that was a thing of the 90's. So Kano is better as an Australian. He reminds me of Percival C. Mcleach from The Rescuers Down Under, mainly because both kharacters are Australian.

Kano's worse though. McCleach may have been a greedy, underhanded liar willing to feed a child to crocodiles, but Kano has shown us he's done much worse.

True. But the only other reason I kompare the two is because they're evil Australians. It's funny because the majority of Australians are really nice, but Kano and Mcleach are some rare exceptions, as well as the Kangaroo (an extremely obscure Marvel Comics villain).

Yeah. He also looks like a ripoff of He-Man from Masters of the Universe. Thankfully, he only had 2 overall appearances. In his second appearance, he was killed off and never mentioned again. I guess he was just born to lose.

Yeah. Not to mention his origin is so stupid and laughable. Here's what it is:
Frank Oliver was born in Sydney, Australia. As a young man, he studied kangaroos in his native Australia with a passion. Oliver lived, ate and traveled with the kangaroos, developing a leaping ability that rivaled the animals he studied. Seeing an opportunity to make money, Frank decided to parlay his new-found leaping abilities into a boxing career. His superior speed and agility allowed him to best opponents time and again. However, during one match, Frank jump-kicked one opponent in the face, severely injuring his opponent. Facing criminal charges stemming from his opponent's injuries and possibly other similar incidents, Frank fled Australia for the United States of America. Once he arrived, he was discovered without a passport and held for deportation.

Yeah. Apparently, Kangaroo's stupidity led to his demise.
But it didn't end there. There was a second Kangaroo to follow in the original's footsteps. Even more stupid is the fact that he is not Australian. But thankfully, in The Amazing Spider-Man: Ends of the Earth story arc, he was killed by Lady Deathstrike. Another stupid pointless killed off. Thank the lord in Heaven.

I just found out I was wrong about one thing. Kangaroo II actually didn't die. Then again, swiping with long, mutant nails is the least effective way to kill someone.
