Cystalia have pointed the atonomy mistake out very clearly, I would want to say the color, shade that is on her nose is round, you should define a shape where the shadow will be laid with a feather selection of 10 or below.

Feather around her, I know there are various style of feathers brush, you should use them when you have them, as I can see the feathers are the same pattern, just been rotated and sizing.

The BG is definetely beautiful color, I really love that one.

Whee. Hi there mok ^^ -has lifted her hiatus after extending it for a month- Thanks for the +friends ^^ I'm only here to give a really short critique though cause I'm lazy. And uh. if you don't like blunt and harsh critiques...don't read the one on the arm and the hand...especially the one on the arm.

Linework: Nice clean linework. -got scolded for her own- For the fringe though, I would suggest that you extend the lines upward a little, give a little more flow of the hair with the lines. And I have no idea why, but they seem a little too straight and rather...mechanized...how did you draw the lines exactly? Also the lines at the left hairclip(from my pov) are not connecting and that seems to be a mistake...because it looks rather strange. I know you may have been trying to define the different parts through the use of shadow, but right now, to define that the two wing-like things are not connected, I honestly believe that you should draw in a line there.

Neck: Her eyes are very true to the style. You only lack her over the top eyelashes. Her neck is going downwards into a V which is unnatural...since necks normally extend outwards... or go down parallel. I would suggest you change that...

Shirt: And ooh, her shirt is slipping off exposing alot of shoulder. However, the original cut of the sailor moon outfit doesn't match, the V is well... more closed up and less wide. And no shirt, has the odd jointed look the collar has. Also, the boob behind the ribbon? It looks like it's being lifted unnaturally...I have no idea why.

Arm: ...Over the top and far too large. I hope you pardon my bluntness, but I choked when I saw it. At first when loading, the hands looked like a bloated part of the shirt, now I know otherwise. I sugges that you make the lower arm thinner than the upper arm considering that, the lower arm is always slightly smaller than the upper arm. Here it is bigger...and shapeless. Also, the lower arm should not be so long. In this kind of position, the hand should be within the waistline. Trust me, I checked.

Hand: Too big. Hands are around the size of the face. Yours is the size of the head itself. The thumb is bent backwards strangely, and you failed to indicate the folds on the glove. Bent in such an unusual position, even if you can't see the wrist it self, there should be many...many folds. Also the right hand's (from the artist pov) little finger is missing. When crossing fingers like this,even the little finger right at the far end should be visible. You have an out of place fold at the thumb... Instead of going outwards, the fold should be in the toher direction I believe.. On the whole, I cannot even begin to tell you how strange the hands look in one short critique.
