Nice! I really like how confident your lines are and how you take colours into consideration. Something you've done here that I don't see a lot of people do often is to draw the shape of the hair and then do the strands individually, while remembering that most strands should be grouped together. The shoulders seem just a bit too big, and the hair is (in my opinion) pointier than what would be realistic. Some shadows would be nice, too.

Well with the hair, you must remember that this is in manga/anime style which is very dramatic in the points , and I thought to dark of shadows would over power the picture, but thx u for your thoughts! ^-^
