This took forever....and now I'm tired. And my fingers have developed a weird black carbon crust from gripping the Hellrazer too tight for too long. It's a companion piece to [link] only much bigger and more complicated. It took 30 passes with the scanner and a couple hours piecing the blocks back together in photoshop to get the whole picture in. Drawn with fire on wood with a gold center, and since I managed to stab myself in the hand carving the well for the gold inlay, there's more than a little blood in there too. I guess that just adds to the whole creepiness factor. If Harry Potter played the stock market, he'd want one of these.But it's mine and he can't have it. Haha!

I use pyrography. I know how hard it can be and the time it takes.

Amazingly detailed, must have taken a very long time! I am thoroughly impressed, and it's even more interesting being done with fire on wood. I like the theme of gold mixed with the imagery of medieval period with the dragon (as if it's guarding the gold) and knight-like figure.
