Base design for Chad AKA Kage Collins.

Basically this is Samantha's scummy ex bf from Japan who stalked her and Alice to South Park after they moved. He isn't actually Japanese but calls himself Kage and HATES when anyone calls him "Chad". He's white but pretty much a hardcore weeaboo; to the point where he believes he's Japanese.

He's pretty much childish, obnoxious, arrogant, perverted and has no respect for personal space. His hair is a greasy brown and his eyes are brown as well.

He made Samantha suuuuper uncomfortable by being perverted and handsy with her. Alice despises him and surely anyone else who meets him probably will too.

P.S. He's also VERY distantly related to Phil Collins.
