So if you look closely from certain angles, it looks less than awesome. But overall, it should be good. Let me know if there are any problems! (My MMD was being weird and didn't want to work so I couldn't test it too much)

I did a quick look and it seemed like it ought to fit a Nakao Miku base (I believe that's what you were using?) if you just move it down a little and maybe a couple of minor tweaks like the sleeve angle

got one more problem,the base only has one upper body bone and the shirt has 2 so its not moving correctly, im so sorry for all the problems

if i send you the link to the model i made using this shirt do you think you could look at it and see if you could fix the problems im having with the model itself? her upper and lower wont work together on certain songs and i cant figure it out
