Description
Bright Neon Fairy Wings were created with Apophysis and Photoshop. These would be great for bright and colorful fairies. In the .zip file you will find the layered .psd file, stock rules, and thumbnail image. Please let me know if you use them, I would love to see what you create.

Sorry about that zanyblonde05 - I haven't been on here in such a long time I just saw your comment. I'll see if I can do a check on the files to make sure they are still there. You should have Photoshop or some kind of graphic program that will open layered files to use these though. That allows you to take whichever layers you want to use without them being on a background... I think... been a while I don't recall exactly how the files are set up. :-D
