Description
This is supposed to convey the feelings of extreme happiness and serenity. Don't know WHAT I was smoking when I painted this.
I'm usually quite morbid.Oil on illustration board, 15x20".

I've only just started my venture into oil painting as I normally use acrylics. Can I ask what brushes do you use to blend the paint with??

Thanks! I've used both linseed oil and W&N odorless oil paint thinner, and I love the latter. It's what I used for this. The thinner is more of a pain because it's toxic, but the results are so much better. Dries MUCH faster, too.

Well, I just thought some of the features on the girls face looked kinda like yours in some of your paintings, but then, I could just be seeing things (which isn't surprising since it's been crappy all week and I'm up at 5 am every morning... bleh!)
