EDIT: Because I've been getting a lot of comments with confusion on these Female/Nyotalia designs, I want to let you know that this is 2P Nyotalia. They are OFFICIAL alternate designs for the gender bender characters of Hetalia. If you are still confused, please go here: [link]Since I already drew Germany and Italy, I figured why not add Japan? Now the Axis Powers are all together! ^^
I had a bit of trouble coming up with a pose for her compared to the other two, but I'm satisfied with it I think~
The title comes from the cute and touching song that used to played on the Pikmin commercial~
I'll link the other drawings in the description in case any of you want to see the other versions. ^^

For this particular picture I used Painttool SAI for the lineart and colouring of the character, and then made the background using Photoshop Elements 6.0

I'm not sure; I downloaded Sai for free under a guidance of a friend. I do know they also have free 30-day trials for Sai as well. I could try to find some links to safe free downloads of Sai if you like. :3
