EDIT: SH*T FORGOT HIS FACIAL HAIR TOO. Well I can't go back and fix it 'cause it wouldn't be the right color :I Unless I took this to photoshop..*goes to try* Fixed =u=Made an account on Hetakaki 'cause I wanted to do more Hetalia fanart (y'know, with canon characters) so I wound up doodling France here ('cause I think it's his birffday :v )
The watercolor tool was really fun!
Probably shouldn't have used the pencil tool though......I forgot his chest-hair x_X I went back to edit it, but I couldn't get it to look right, so...pretend he got waxed today okay? 8D
Anyway enjoy, I guess xD
