Tadaaa! Finally finnished this pic...^^ Took me the whole week to find enough time for this.
I hope you like this. It's a scene I wanted to draw for so long now. I mean... it's like two or three years since I last read it in "Fire and Ice". This pic shows Cinderpelt's accident (I know her fur's supposed to be darker, but I always imagined her in a lighter shade of grey. And YES, I know it looks blue in the picture, but that's just the lighting and all! )
I really felt sorry for Cinderpaw when that happened... She was such a young, vivid cat, bursting with energy. That accident really destroyed her to a certain degree. She was never the same again, after all this. But I admire her for being strong enough to stand up again and work as a medicine cat, instead. There are so many other cats in this series, who couldn't cope with their fates to well.
I hope you like this pic. I felt like putting Tigerclaw into it as well, since he's responsible for Cinder's accident and since I don't draw him that often. By the way, in the book it said he was shocked to see Cinderpelt lying on the road... We all know how ruthless Tigerclaw was, but I think at the time this happened, he wasn't prepared to go to this lengths and kill an apprentice for his purpose. Not yet. However, in my opinion he realized he had no problem doing so after this.

Next upload will be some more Khan/Cara-fanart. I started writing a fanfiction about them. It's only available in German, though... But I'm working on a translation already. Here's the link for those who are German and interested in reading it:
