Description
First of all, no offense at all to be sent at other sections. In some other bands I know this is certainly not true. In my band, my section may or may not be the best section, that is a matter of opinion, but ask anyone in my band which section has the most fun and is the most crazy- it's most definitely the low brass.I am using the trombone here to represent the whole low brass section, not just the trombones.
A tribute to my section.

Yes, low brass is definitely the most spirited section. XD I play oboe and percussion, but if anyone saw me without my instrument they would probably think I played low brass because I hang out with them so much more than my own section. They're just so awesome!

I am going to make a flute one for my friend who plays the flute. : ) It's probably going to say something about a 'flute army' because our band has a lot of flutes, that we refer to as the 'flute army'.

Pfff, probably true in your band. Low brass, saxes, and percussion are normally in the top slots of the most crazy. :") There are a few saxes that hang out with our section a lot, and they're awesome.

actually, I was being kind of ironic. the saxes have 'swagger' and poor intonation (not to mention tuning).
but then again, I'm like, half-hardcore clarinet, half-'huh, wha?' sax, so I'm simultaneously hypercritical and hypocritical

Well the saxes tend to be all over the place, in my band at least. Some are really awesome. Others can never get their solos right. ovo;;

this is also true, though it's mostly us juniors that are the good or semi-good ones (we don't have any seniors in the saxes, unless you count that one kid that's really a bass clarinet).

alright! I love that instrument, in marching band it's like a gigantic alto that hangs out with the tubas, and in concert it's a tuba with a reed that actually plays parts that aren't all whole notes.

Baritone sax? Sounds like fun. xD; Suppose you'd be with woodwinds since saxophones are woodwinds? But also part of the overall family of instruments that read from the bass clef. I play the trombone, and I love bass. : )

It's pretty boss, right? Using it for my wallpaper now. : )
It wouldn't have the same feel and would be harder to manip a euph in there, so I used a trombone to represent the whole of low brass. (I'd also get into the predicament of, well there's a euphonium and a trombone, there should also be a tuba and baritone etc.) And trombones are the same for concert and marching season, so I don't have to choose.
