No, Light is too arrogant and too proud to be uke.
Actually, both of them are arrogant, but L seems to be more flexible and a little more submissive. (as you can see in episode 25)
And, definitely, Light IS more experienced in this field.
...Hey, he's a sophisticated young man, while all L seems to do all the time is just sitting there in his trademark position, thinking, eating and playing with sweets, and hardly going outside. He probably never make out with anyone. (Come on, he always hide his face before the Kira case.) So how on earth could he be seme, or at least know how to be seme? (Actually, he may know, but he is inexperienced anyway.)
One could say that L is pretty strong. Light is pretty stong, too. (Junior Tennis Champion, anyone?) And Light weighs 4 kilos more than L does.
And I can hardly imagin Light let L top him. D: Nah ..

สีสวยค่ะ เส้นคมดี แต่เท็กซ์เจอร์นั่นคิดว่าใส่กับไม่ใส่ก็ไม่สร้างความต่างเท่าไหร่ ลายมันเล็กไปน่ะ ถ้าอยากสร้างอารมณ์แบบเบี้ยว ๆ ลองเอา texture เบี้ยว ๆ (ประมาณลายก้นหอย 55)สีเข้ม ๆ เป็น BG ดู + หมุนภาพนิดนึง มันจะดูเบี้ยว ๆ จิต ๆ
ตำแหน่งของปาก L ดูเหมือนไม่ได้กำลังกระซิบอยู่เลยนะ เหมือนกำลังจะทำอย่างอื่นมากกว่า ฮา ..
