Well, I said I'd make her a picture if she was really good and of course she was. Besides, I had just won some amazing resources from *miss69 - the handpainted wings and feathers.
When I downloaded this male stock ages ago I had totally different plans for it. But pictures do make themselves, and my mind is a ...curious place. Once again I started off without knowing where I'll end up.

I really enjoy shocking people - in a positive way. This pic is one of my top favourites as well. Kinda reminds me of Angel Sanctuary, though IF it was inspired by, it must have been my subconsciousness.

I absolutely love this one. It reminds me of a Renaissance painting or something. One of the angels descending to earth in a flurry of feathers and the beating of wings to smite down whatever enemy lies in his path....I really like how you have captured what seems to be a victorious moment and yet his face is downcast, like he feels he has not won anything, merely done what he needed to do.
I love the feathers and the wings on this. What a great prize to get. This is a lovely gift that you have made here. Fantastic job!

You know, first I gave it another random title, which was Forsaken. But then Liilia told me of her interpretation - of this angel having battled with himself, a war between his light and dark side, with the dark side winning. And so I just HAD to change the title.
