So my question is, in a CassandraxStephanie relationship, who's the seme and who's the uke?
I mean, Cassie's more physically capable than Steph, but Steph is more knowledgeable... I mean... At least she's HAD relationships and sex before.

Lol, well I don't use the seme uke terminology when I make pairings of characters. Sometimes the like to pitch and some times they like to catch. As far as Steph and Cass, I think it would be both of them learning how to handle relationships? Cass doesn't have much of a background with romantic relationships, and Steph has her own stuff to work through.
If the two of them ever has sex, I think Steph would be teaching for a bit, and Cass would be learning the tables would turn after a lesson or two though. This is Cass we're talking about.
