First off: great color palette and shading. Though I'm a bit iffy with the white highlights, since it stands out a lot compared to the rest of the hair, but the rest is really pleasing to look at. Your technique is very pleasant yet there's still a few things I think you should work on. For example, I understand you want a viewer of this piece to notice the eyes, and I see you tried to also show the hair was still OVER one of the eyes, you could just see through it. To me, the hair looks like its behind the eye, and maybe you can put a bit of red in the area where the hair is over the eye to help show the hair is over the eye not under(wow I just talked a lot about that uh sorry). When I look at the clothing, at right side of the drawing, the grey shirt and pink jacket look like the same entity. Next time,show a bit of skin so the viewer knows the 2 items are not the same piece. Overall, you did I very good job on this piece. Good job, and I hope to see good things from you in the future.
