Here is Jupiter. I've used much green of course, since it's her color and also added plants because she loves them. I wanted the sky to look kind of cloudy and also thought about putting a lightening since she has the powers of thunder, but in the end I didn't
I also put some feminine touches like the pink stones and flowers, not only because it's also her color (and she has pink roses earrings) but because I thought it well represented her type of femininity: very delicate and almost hidden, but it's always there, so that she looks gracious even if she acts as a tomboy, but she never looks absurdly girly like a lot shoujo characters.Hope you like it! ^^

What I said is that she looks like a tomboy, which can be due to her attitude sometimes, her strenght, her appearance, the way she dresses sometimes, even if she does all this unintentionally, *but* that deep inside she has a very feminine, gracious side. It's not the same as just saying "she is a tomboy".

my fav senshi! (obviously. lol) anyway, I really like this one but there's something missing from Jupiter. I'm not even sure what it is- maybe something in her face? Or more detail in her dress? arg. wish I knew. anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing how Venus turns out.

Thanks. Hmm I don't really know what is that might be missing... the only thing I could think of is to add more details on the dress, otherwise I really don't know. I wanted to do it more detailed in the beginning but then since I didn't have much time I left it like this and started with Venus. But I think I might retouch this one and add something to her dress eventually. And then update the deviation

I figured it out!! (what's missing/off) Jupiter's right eye is too small (granted it's an angled face view, but the right eye is too narrow height wise), and she needs some simple detailing on her dress. Like a small golden oak leaf vine pattern border on the top of the bodice and or at the bottom of the dress would be perfect. (The oak leaf is the symbol of Jove/Zeus so it's still connected).
It's an idea anyway.

That's because of the style then. I'm not very familiar yet with it, so I still must figure out how to do the face perspective well with Naoko's style. I'm aware I still do many mistakes that I usually don't do with other styles :\ Especially with eyes.
About the dress, I'll see what I can do to make it prettier

she is very beauiful. i love the color. i do agree the lightnign would make her look to turbulent though it is sad that she wasn't given her element but the over cast sky seems to simulate her just fine.
