Is a intelligent been who exist in an unknown realm, this creature only live to collect a fear samples of all living creatures in the multiverse; every sample he takes tranform it into a crystal orb who float near it, not for a chaotic or evil intention, is just obsessed with that emotion.

About who it looks, well, is a curious mix between insectoid and cephalopod creature, the head is an unskinned eyeless skull, on the back and shoulders it have some large black extensions, like branches, those serve for keep floating all the fear orbs. This is the Fear Collector"s original form, but it can change in any kind of form during the dreams, disguising only for make you have nightmares and collect your gripping fears.....
