No, you cant. An erection is enough for art to get taken down, from the mouth of one of the dA administrators whose job is to monitor mature work to make sure its not pornography. Its also listed in the report claim section of the dA terms of service, and on the "report a deviation" page. Erotic material absolutely acceptable and widely drawn through dA, but only if it fits in the terms of service and guidelines, which are very specific. It prevents dA from becoming a dirty website, to the best of dA's (frankly understaffed) ability.
