fabulous indie game that came out on Steam and PS4. super relatable characters

not sure on steam but it's $20 on ps4
not TOO bad given it's around 10 hours and you'll absolutely play it a second time to see all the scenes you can't see the first time

It's quite a bit different than Undertale tho in terms of gameplay.
It's entirely story driven with a few minigames to break up the dialogue. It's a side-scrolling game with a very unique art style and it's story is much more..realistic? Like the main character is a college dropout moving home to her old home town and reconnecting with friends but it very accurately portrays what it's like to be a disillusioned 20-something year old living in small-town America.
