Mr. Needlemouse was Sonic's name when he was first created, and then it was changed to Sonic.

As much as I love this picture, I have a feeling this game is going to be another let down. They say it's going to be an all 2d adventure like the past games, but if it's anything like Sonic Rush...
And the first words in the teaser trailer were something along the lines of "speed returns". Sega needs to realize that Sonic is NOT all about speed. They've almost completely removed the platforming/exploring concepts.
Sorry for that little rant, hehe. Anyways, great pic. Keep doing what you're doing. I love your stuff
