As usual I'm too late for the request but no matter... This is really beautiful. Usually ecchi and catfight related artwork is kept in the Manga or Comic Book cartoon-ish look. Even though you can tell they are cartoon characters the style is obviously more traditional which really makes it stand out.
Overall I'll say it's really cool!

OK thinks, I thought I had accidentally been insulting or something. And my interpretation of ecchi vs sexy is basically like this, for example, somebody just standing around can be sexy just because they are attractive whereas to be ecchi (I guess it's English now) you have to be actively doing something that is suggestive at the very least.
