Vegetarian. But I would like to go vegan. Guess it's not hard (only for cause of butter and chocolate). Vegan chocolate is really not good. You can easily change the rest, but chocolate is really not good in vegan.

Yep, I don't think that I'll make it to vegan completely. First: No milk, no cheese, no butter...and yes, no chocolate! That's a no go
And then it's quite difficult to get vegan food that's really organic, if you don't make literally everything yourself.
atm I'm buying almost all my food from a nearby organic farmer and I'm growing some stuff myself...but it's a hell of lot of work, really.
