My sister is a hairdresser and decided to do my hair and take photos for her portfolio But while she was taking them I could feel that she was trying to make me, as they say, "love myself". Recently I lost alot of weight.....about 40 kilos since july-ish of last year so It isn't like I love myself...one would think you would but I still despise myself deeply...physically anyways. Emotionally; I'm pretty farking awesome

I feel the same, there are things about myself that i despise but i suppose we just have to love ourselves how we are, we cannot try and make ourselves someone that we are not.

Hahah thankyou, I have alot of hippie style trinkets and jewelery. I have slowly, over this year, accepted myself a bit more and more but then I just got to that point where I also didn't care what people thought and it also enabled me to dress exactly how I desired, no matter how strange or eccentric either. I suppose the fact I have had a boyfriend for the last four months made me bit more confident also and I didn't feel the need to impress everyone, physically anyways.

I am an absolute hippie so i can totally understand the point of not caring what people think and dressing how you desire. Todats society enables us to dress how we want but it the same time they are out harshes critics. Its lovely to hear that your confidence has grown. You shouldn't feel like you have to impress anyone because being you is what makes you such an amazing person. Keep on Believing sweetheart.
