this is one of my first works so i have kinda of an attachment but i would consider it if i would get a reasonable payment for it. i think shipping would be expensive as well.

You sure do! (as far as i can tell anyway ) and it's very unique and awesome! Joan jett is a famous guitarist/vocalist from the 1980's, known primarily for her songs "bad reputation" "i hate myself for loving you" "roadrunner' "cherrybomb" and "i love rock and roll". I thought she'd be a cool person for you to do a portrait of, because her image was very punk, and that seems to be a consistant theme in your work, i think?

oh, sounds cool. i might check out her music when i have time. there are way too little female punk artists/bands in the world.

i watched some of their videos on youtube. i like her voice and shes pretty but theres sort of a 80's glam rock vibe in it. the song's are catchy but they seem a bit dull. im not saying they are bad but i really prefer stuff thats more punk.. if that makes any sense. she seems like a cool person though.

Yeah she was more of an innovator to the female rock scene than actually particularily punk, she was a notorious female vocalist of the 80's. I can understand where you're coming from

I found the original picture in the net, and this really does look like her. The only real difference I see with a quick look is that she looks a bit more tired at this one.
