Description
So, this is what I had in mind after pausing each single frame rate possible, I haven't included her holsters though. My reason for drawing this, well, I'm cosplaying her for cosmania here in the philippines.Basically, this is my hypothesis of Noel's outfit for chrono phantasma :>
Note: the ribbon thing is not part of her outfit, I just placed that for the seamstress so I can have extra protection in a sense

Is the ribbon (yellow) visible in the sprite? I don't exactly get how it fits err how to wear it~~ but it's lovely~!! thank you for doodlin this ;3

Actually, the ribbon isn't included, but I drew it there for the purpose of having it support the cape so it wouldn't fall off (since I previously cosplayed her), but in the end I didn't use the ribbons and just cut them off :'D

well, I really can't say that's how it looks, because I had to pause for each frame to get how the cloth worked. Anyways, it's not 100% accurate, but, you're welcome :>
