Because you're not a real youtube artist until you've drawn Hatsune Miku at least once. It's almost a rite of passage lol Miku is my third favorite vocaloid after Gumi and Rin/Len. My favorite song by her is Love Is War. What's your favorite?
Repeating what I said in the Line art post, I decided to challenge myself by drawing her in her V4 outfit, which was both a mistake and an accomplishment. I had to take a few artistic liberties with her outfit such as with the control panels on her skirt(*cough* totally not the reason I drew her as a chibi*cough**cough*). Personally, I really love the shading on this and feel like I really upped my shading skills since the last drawing I did. I also love that halftone background I did. First time creating a halftone pattern from scratch and not half bad, if I do say so myself lol Of course, I used a tutorial for that, which you can find right here pretty good ending to 2017.
