Biography: Raine is an adoptive daughter to an middle class family, her life is quite complicated being an african american girl living in Italy. Her adoptive father Marco; took her in when her birth father was murdered maliciously in front of their family business. Raine knows nothing of the incident and lives happy and protectively under Marco, his wife; Loretta, and her older brother; Antonio. Raine slowly grew into a young lady and thing began to become a bit complicated and even a bit harsh...bullying, alienating and even excluded by school mates. They way she looked wasn't very settling to most towns people, but as she got older it bothered her lesser. Secretly the way she was treated in italy made her insecure and cautious of what she looked like and who she associated herself with. Antonio began to bond more with her much more, since he was seemly her only friend. Raine would stay up late with her brother, stargaze and searching for constellations on the roof of their home. Every moment spent with Antonio was a learning experience...but of course fun. Raine was even more fascinated with the moon and wondered if her birth father was watching her from the heavens...she figured if she was closer to the moon, she'd be closer to him...or even communicate with him from earth.
With this mindset she became slightly fixated with the moon and learning about psychological powers.
She hopes some how...some way, she could obtain the the ability to communicate with just about anyone she wanted without even having to pick up a telephone....but how would she be able to do that?
