The vivid colors of the environment and the angle of the shot make this looks serene but exciting. I love it.

Looks like such a serene place to be in the summer time and I agree with ~dzhiidzhiks that it is indeed a great view. The colours in this are nice and I think help to create that wonderful atmosphere. Quite a nice composition too, only the horizon isn't very straight. You could always try rotating and cropping a little. You lose some, but sometimes it's okay depending on the photo

about the blur, I intentionally blurred the sides to draw the attention to the center of the photo.
I'm currently experimenting with the blur tool in editing pictures.
I guess its not working here as well as it did in other pictures like : [link] and [link] and [link]
