Sooooo I'm back after my break~ Uploading this as a teaser for my still WIP species, Martails.

This is Asariel, she is THE most genetically pure Martail to have ever lived. She is the ONLY naturally born Martail with wings, her DNA was taken by scientists so they could genetically modify others Martails with wings to be sold as pets. She is also the closest to pure white a Martail can get, it is impossible for a Martail to be completely white or black.

Martails are a closed specie and belong to me ~ Please do not make your own ~

The full reference sheet is still being worked on in-between commissions and such. But here is some info on Martails if you're interested:

~SIZE AND BUILDS~
Martails are bigger than foxes but smaller than large dogs. They can be comfortably draped across a human's shoulders.
Their tails are a long continuation of their spine lined with strong muscles. The tails are as long or longer than the body.
Fur on the tails is always long. The tail can be spun quickly around to wrap fur around the tail bone similar to this: (old drawing) Custom Martail: Whiitephoenix
Alternatively the tail can be curled up on the butt similar to this: New Species Concept: Martails
A peacock like design must ALWAYS be on the ends of their tails, it is used to intimidate predators and hypnotise prey.

~NATURE AND HABITAT~
Martails are a social animal. They have to be in a group or live with a human to be happy.
They are aggressive when provoked.
Their jaws are not strong, but their claws are extremely long and sharp. Their tails can also easily strangle a human to death.
Most of the time they enjoyed being petted by humans.
Can be kept as pets.
They are intelligent enough to understand human language, but can't speak it.
Communicate with one another through tail movements and different calls.
Live in wooded areas in trees. They rarely walk on the ground.
Sleep in a communal nest at the centre of a tree.
Eats birds, rodents, fruits and berries.
