Well, 1 year 7 months to reply, not so bad for me,
I haven't made a guide of my own yet, but did recently stumble across this one on instructables

few additional comments for saving money,
-use a cheap wooded picture frame for your screen frame,
-proper screen printing mesh works best but cheap fabric, such as fine net curtains also works though you will probably only get one print from them
-screen filler fluid - just use some masking tape.
-photo emulsion remover - thick bleach works just as well, though you might need to leave it longer, cheap paint stripper also works if any paint emulsion is being persistent.
table light - use the sun, even on dull grey English days it works fine, judging the exposure times takes some practice - i use emulsion that goes from brown to purple when exposed which makes things easier.
