Rare to see a male water sprite. I love the concept and I could see it being almost like a frog prince-ish concept. Very creative and adorable. 10/10 would befriend.

It says that it's a guy who rules mermaids and drowned men, he is also the master of water. He grown the fish and like sometimes to keep people in order to have a good time together, it's a cool guy generally.
