It's very nicely done, but I think there may be a mistake in the initial drawing, the ellipse at the top of the fluid looks flatter than that at the mouth of the vessel, and the top of the cork, making it look like the neck is offset towards the viewer?
The string looks a little flattened where it's knotted, like a shoelace.
As for criticism of the transparency effects, they looks great to me. Maybe a bit more scattering of red from the fluid into the walls of the lower half of the vessel? Depends how transparent the fluid itself is.

Hello! Thank you a lot for your critique! Yes, perspective mine weakest point. I try to practise it a lot- especially the ellipses! >_< But haven't felt it in rught way, some times go in detail and see flatten mistakes just only after published my work >_<
