In December, I was the lucky winner of dear @vi.ri.dian 's fotosession lottery. I knew she, a incredibly skilled and creative photographer specialized into fantasy, had 2 pairs of wings in her collection - a white one and a black one - so I just had to ask her if I could borrow one pair - which she happily allowed me to. You might all agree black wings would have seemed like the obvious choice for me but... you know, long, long time ago I was a little girl, desperately trying to get an all white angels deck for Magic the Gathering to work. I failed at that, grew older and built much more... reliable ones, mostly black-blue, and always improving my 5 colour all slivers deck my dear deceased cousin once built for me. But still especially Serra Angel and Akroma kind of stayed dear cards to me.
So what I hoped to achive with this fotosession was to kind of honour those 2 cards and their old artworks, not with an actual cosplay, but with my own angel look to reimagine myself as one within their ranks... 😅
Hope you enjoy those brighter fantasy inspired themes, too, especially since I want to ensure you I will post quite a few more pictures with a white dress and a golden harness. This piece is just too beautiful to not put it to good use! 🤣🤣
