It's a pretty picture, but the description weirds me out. "The love he deserves"? People aren't owed romantic love just because they're attracted to someone.

Hm, the one thing I liked about the Korra/Asami dynamic is that their relationship wasn't all about Mako. Lots of TV shows/movies have the stupid catfight over a guy, but we get to see Korra interacting with Asami and having fun (at the race track) and saying she misjudged her. To me, it looks like Asami took the issue to Mako and didn't blame Korra at all.

"the love he deserves" was directed towards the way he is as a character. To me, he treats everyone so kindly without judgement and his deeds and uncommon kindness go unnoticed and i find it very unfair how it's never reciprocated. not by his brother , not korra , no one really . So yeah, i think he deserves love . but it is deeper than the outer layer of "korra infatuation" that most people tend to see. sorry if it confuses you O:

To be fair, Mako DOES love him. He DID raise him after all, they just have a unique relationship. Mako doesn't feel like he needs to show or express very much affection to his brother, because it's obvious to him and Bolin he cares. It's a dynamic that's hard to understand if you're from the outside looking in.
But I do agree, Bolin needs to be loved more. Good thing he's going to have a love interest in the second season!! (I've given up on Borra itself because I don't think Korra deserves him)

yah , i know Mako loves him but i do think that Mako is very self centered and doesn't take Bolin seriously or consider his feelings for most things as an equal because of the role he took on as 'dad'. trust me , I understand this type of relationship very well and that's why i take it to heart /:

but i hope they don't force Asami and Bolin together because ... well it's just gross XD and lazy of the creators to do so in my opinion
