So I've been inactive here on dA for a VERY long time due to finishing college and getting a job, but recently I've been feeling quite nostalgic when thinking about how I used to be so excited whenever I wanted to draw something. The thrill of challenge when I want my fanart to look as close to the original as possible always gave me a rush, and every completed piece felt like a small battle won after a grueling melee versus the paper (or MS Paint blank space). Working as an engineer 10 hours a day on average, although fulfilling and well-payed, has made me feel more like a machine than a person.

So I decided that when I return from my vacation, I'll whip something up with the few vacation days I have left before I start working again. But what set out to be just another fanart drawing, turned into my second MS Paint Reanimation project, and after two days, here it is! Although not quite as big as the first one (over 40 frames 1k x 1k res) which is still unfinished, this is the one I originally intended to do, but decided it was too easy and went for the swordplay scene. This is quite a small GIF with only five frames, and it's really simple to do once you've drawn the first frame with the non-changing face. The only problem is that the GIF I used as reference is 50 x 50 px; in other words IT'S TINY AS F---! So I ended up winging it over 90% of the time, which is why it looks kinda "wonky" compared to the original. I would appreciate it if someone gave me a big clear GIF of this famous Future Trunks scene so that I can make the (much needed) corrections.
