So! It's been awhile since I've made a base, so here's one for the excuse of my absence.Hope you guys like it~!
You may use any of my bases without permission. 
No frankendolling allowed. 
You may take off my signature, but be sure to credit me! If you would like to change anything about the base (including gender, colors, clothing, etc.), you may. Also, please take your time on any of my bases. I work hard on them, so I would like you to work hard too! Yeah, no one retrased it ^.^' it's actually Eye draw, BUT it is Jazzy's picture, she asked me to take it off my wall too.

"You may use any of my bases without permission." No one may use my artwork without permission, however. I try not to allow bases of my own works; the ones that are not locatable are off my public gallery for that reason.

But I did not trace over your work? There was already a base (someone had actually drawn it, rather than trace it), and I just made a redo of theirs. It's all in the description.

I didn't read the description wrong, but perhaps with a different perception; many people on DeviantART make bases and/or recolors when the basemakers/recolor artists have not contacted me, and I try not to permit *any* base-making so that others don't follow suit with actual tracing techniques, or further actions, while thinking that it's "okay" with me. I can not tell by eye when things are not traditional (as most naturally look like recolors/picked apart/traced base art 
Yes, I have asked the base-maker, along with all other users of that base, to please not use this image without my permission as well, regardless of how it was made. I do have it in storage for a reason. In the end, I don't allow bases to be made with my original deviations (especially ones I have locked away) because I am neither informed nor asked. All in all, I hope that you understand.
