personality: Normally a pretty passive guy, Esther's toasted quality gives him a firm back. Although he likes to think of himself as forgiving and open minded, once you cross a certain point he toughens up to try and set things straight. Because of this he might try to break up a fight even though he's a small fry- he isn't having any of it once his lemon sourness kicks in. As long as his basic moral lines aren't crossed, he tries to be understanding and likes to take care of others, especially by cooking. Even though he is proud of his soccer mom skills, he usually makes a mess which is why he keeps his sleeves rolled up.
