this one worked out quite nicely as it was a bit of a bribe

yes, yes, another basis off a screencap (episode 9, x/1999 to be exact) but with quite a bit of variation. (unless i was mistaken and seishirou really did have subaru attached to his tie with a safety pin... in that case i'd be even MORE (if that's possible...) edgy about his pyschological state)

i decided to showcase seishirou's flamboyant wardrobe (c'mon, even i know he still has those tokyo babylon suits in his closet). so it's just a little exaggerated from what was in the show XD
