I think it looks great. I liked how you have a certain style for guys - longer hair, more of a mysterious look. You don't draw those typical jock footballer types, instead you draw guys who look more relatable. I know it may be fan art, but I've noticed in just your OC artworks too you have a real clear idea of how to draw a guy. This is one of the main reasons I like your art. The women always look beautiful and like a Disney Princess, and you draw them in a classical way without resorting to skimpy clothing or anything tacky. Instead you go on the strength of the look of the character and her expression, which makes it more heart felt.
The coupling of your two characters looks correct because the girl looks vulnerable and sensitive and some people think there should be a male who is arrogant and tough to contrast this pairing, but I like how the male as well looks just as conflicted. In a way, it's like a personal statement about people and how we don't always fit the mould the world wants us to be. If that makes sense. You never opt to draw the ditzy, vacuous prom queen and cruel, sadistic football jock, you always draw characters us as viewers can relate to, because generally, most of the kids or people on DA aren't necessarily the most popular at school. Often they are sensitive and shy artists, who join these communities because they want to connect with like minded people who share their vulnerabilities and want to share art with substance. If that makes sense.
Amazing work!
