[Sakuno Ryoma]Another failure attempt in pencil coloring. ROAR I hate coloring red eyes. And coloring black suits.
The original pencil only sketch looks so much better. I like the way Ryoma has his arms all around Sakuno. So I thought "wtf I should color this and post it online so other people can abuse it". And that (above) is the result. I finally understood why there is a crap lot more markers/watercolors/digital as oppose to color-pencil anime/manga arts. Because a, the markers/watercolors/digital always gives a sharper outcome and b, it doesn't make as much mess if your finger smugged it accidentually.
Of course, it could also be the fact that I suck at this... more practice... I need more time... =__=
I like the hair though. You?
And don't argue with me if you don't like Ryoma and Sakuno in Prince of Tennis (aka PoT). Thank you.

hillo! a good way to color is outline it in the color then lightly color it in. once done with that if its clothing color it darker in the shades of the reankils instead of using black. it makes it look natural.
