when everything is done i got window xp default scheme ..nothing else......can any1 help......?

After installing the theme i don't get everything. It just changes my font. Doesnt change my background or gives me that cool menu in the bottom like in the picture also i dont get that weather update thing.
The theme looks amazin, please help me to see what's wrong
1) I installed take ownership and then patched the 3 files.
2) i pass the file luna to windows/resources/themes
3)i made sure the visual style file was outside the file luna inside theme i just copy and paste.
any suggestions email me nojunkhere95 @ yahoo . com please help me i think your theme is amazing.

I have Vistaglazz installed and it tells me the files are already patched.
i did it first with the universal theme, i just ran the installation and it patched the files.
I also installed Rainmeter and got the clock and the weather from a different theme, what i want the most is the desktop picture and the Windows bar with the start button.
when i apply the theme after downloaded only changes everything else (fonts displays etc) except those 3 key things

Anh trí cho em hỏi cái. Em load theme của anh về cài zô nó không hiện đen cả màn hình luôn. Restart mở lên lại thì nó hiện aero đc 1 chút xong rồi chuyển qua bacsic luôn. Làm sao để khắc phục hã anh?

Mình đang bắt đầu làm theme cho android, mình muốn thanh status bar có phong cách frosted glass như thanh taskbar, titlebar & border trong theme của bạn nhưng ko biết làm cách nào.
Mình bị kẹt ở phần làm mờ đục status bar, bạn có thể hướng dẫn mình ko! hay cho mình xin 1 file .PSD mẫu.
