Instead of a fantasy/mythology geek, devourer!Viggo would be a biology geek. Perhaps the only one of his kind to ever be interested in where their food (souls) comes from and he would be labeled as an 'vegetarian' since he only feeds on the souls of plants.
His relation with human!Dev would be that the little devil took his soul into possession but he will return it once he has learned everything there is to this magical thing called 'life'. How human!Dev will succeed with that, being the murderer/rapist that he is, is questionable.

Since human!Dev falls in the limited 2 meter tallass category, devourer!Viggo will be half that size. Just like devourer Dev is double human Viggo.
Though human!Dev would pretty much be the same like the original, tiny god would ask all the weirdest, intimate questions like "OMG ARE YOU A MALE?? CAN I SEE YOUR D??? NO WAIT! SHOW ME A MORTAL MATING RITUAL!! 8D " And then try join in on said ritual. |D
