Of all the pairings that should have happened, Naruto/Sakura is on the top of the list. I was really surprised at how disappointed so many people were, even in Japan. But hey, that's what fanon is for when canon doesn't make sense. Please keep it up.

Oh I think most Naruto fans feel that disappointment level. From what I hear, sales on the manga and the anime of the Boruto (based on Naruto and Hinata's son)  are very low and most fans...even in Japan, prefer to acknowledge the original Naruto show and manga. But that's just what I heard.

Maybe because Boruto story is kinda boring and somehow not making any sense because they forced Naruto's char to have babies with the same age to keep this series going :"^( uhuuu... Like enough is enough....

So I've heard. You know, after thinking about it, the way Kishimoto can possibly save the series is by creating a sort of "alternate universe" story arc. In it, there could be another universe or reality where Naruto and Sakura do marry and have their version of children, and somehow, the Boruto universe and that collide and have to work together to defeat a common enemy or something like that. Who knows? I'm pretty sure by now Kishimoto knows he f*cked up and disappointed fans.

Yeah all of those doujinshi is more make sense rather than the ending we get.. like.... like how is it turn to be Shoujou Manga ending, when its Shounen Manga,,,, i mean,,, why the marriage is the final?? why Naruto's inauguration is on Boruto ep 1?? :""0  i mean.. we deserve better ending uhhhh

I couldn't agree more. That's why I always believe that in many cases, fanon is definitely better than canon. I mean, look at what happened with The Legend Of Korra, which was a continuation of The Avatar.

I fell asleep when i watched S1 of Korra..... and i never decided to continue to watch other Season  .... i don't get the 'feeling'  when i watched it omhg.. But i'll watch it for real someday..

Please take it to heart when I tell you.......don't bother. It's complete crap and many fans hated the show after Book II....by the middle of Book II even. Terrible writing, ridiculous plots, and a stupid romance triangle that proved Mike and Bryan has no f*cking idea what the hell they were doing. Even some of the voice actors weren't that happen. The show was supposed to last the one season but because it was somewhat popular because of the success of the first Avatar show, they decided to force it. Then just because a fan with a lesbian fetish commented that Korra and Asami should get together (even though they were clearly into men), they decided to suddenly throw in a same-sex angle that they SAY they gave hints and signs of. But it came out to look like Korra and Asami were becoming good friends. Then after the finale of the show, Mike and Bryan posted on their Tumblr page that if people didn't see the signs and were upset they were a "couple", then they were looking at the show through "hetero-lens" Seriously, WTF? That was very insulting to the fandom. Then they came up with the "Turf Wars" comics that while it started off moderately well because of the stubborn "Korrasami" fans that thought they looked "cool" buying them and posting pics of them holding the comics on Tumblr, people quickly figured out the story was terrible, the artwork sh*tty,  and the plot boring. Sales crashed, tanked, and burned. Even the most recent comic, Ruins Of The Empire, debuted only at 25 out of 100 comics sold that week. All because Mike and Bryan thought they were being "progressive" and cater to toxic fans with fetishes. So yeah, don't even bother.

Oh my..i just checked it out on google about turf war... its looks like fanmade :"^0 and ended up like romance comic..   Why are they push it so hard in the name of Avatar seriess owh no... Maybe its hard for some fans too not accepting they are became couple,,, some ppl may call the korrasami antis as "homophob"..    But they just forcing it too much...

The one thing that really gripes me about the so-called "Korrasami" toxic fans is that if you even mention you support Mako and Korra and that they had potential, you're a "homophobe". Excuse me, since when does liking or supporting a straight couple make you a homophobe? I know plenty of people who love Mako and Korra, who admire and support traditional marriage, but have gay family members or friends they adore. They think it's "cool" to praise homosexuality. I had gay friends, there are a couple of gay people in my family....and the LAST word they would use to describe their life of being gay is cool. Yep, the comic is a mess, sales dropped, and like I said before, some of the voice actors of the show weren't happy with the direction the show went. David Faustino, who voiced Mako, was known to be a big supporter of Mako and Korra. Gosh, I wish I could have a hand in getting the rights to that franchise. I would overhaul everything and start over again. *sigh*
