Thank you! The dress wasn't really difficult to make, but it was my first time making a corset and it's been quite difficult! ^^

^^ Oh a corset? would you mind if i ask you for advice on that? ^^ I have a kimono-oriented piece of a cosplay costume which is designed to look off-shoulder, but it keeps falling too far down and sags a bit too much probably due to the softness of the cloth. I was thinking I'd modify the back, put grommets and make it like a corset to keep it in place but still manage to make it off-shoulder. do you think that would be advisable? ^^

I'm not sure because I've never tried, and I don't have any reference picture of your costume, but maybe? Or why don't you just sew (by hand) the falling parts on your bra?

I see... Sewing it to something else would not be practical indeed, in this case :/ But that's always the problem with the off-shoulders tops. If you cut the pieces shorter to prevent them from falling every 2 seconds, you can't move your arms properly. x) Maybe the solution would be using stretch fabric, but it doesn't match with this kind of costume. >o<
