This is a rare occasion, where I was actually able to draw the hand the right size.But anywhoooo~ :3
It actually doesn't look this bad IRL, the scanner sucked some of the color out of it, so I had to edit it in photoshop a bit.
I wish I could have hair like that OTL its so gravity defying; in a good way! My bangs are gravity defying, and that is not good. Makes it stand up and stuff, its weird.. but anyways!

I remember, that at first, I was just going to draw some random outfit that came to mind, so I drew the figure and the head, but for some reason decided to give it a face, and hair (which I don't usually do if I just want to draw clothes.) so then I inked it, and was like "I should color it too and when I finished coloring it, I was really bored and wanted to give it some rainbows.

Hells yes I have a problem with Pluto!!! D< It's not a PLANET.
But I digress. ^^ This picture is lovely. And if I wasn't running on 3.5 hours of sleep, I might be able to put in a tip of [better] critique, but, honestly, I can't really see much wrong with it that couldn't be put off as being an act of style [and it is], such as:
-not all that curvy [from hips to waist]. This is a preference, easily. (Bigger hips, I believe [ugh, where the skirt it, I get waist/hips confused] makes skirts look much more better than a female with narrow hips, which is why models... look like they do. Big hips. 
-There are tutorials on how to get an "authentic" black, including shading. I tend to use blue --> navy blue --> coating of black [which can be seen as a WIP in my gallery]. The black-shading-should-be-completely-black-but-uses-white-to-define-shading is a more "immature" way of doing it, but I digress. I love colouring... ._.
-Just noticed, but the thighs --> knees --> shins transition looks a little wonky. I don't really know how to fix that, as.... I tend to draw pants! 8D I think it's the right -our right, that is- leg where the shin is a little larger than the thighs. Doesn't work that way.
On the other hand...
-I'M LOVING THE SKIN TONE. @_@ <3 ^^ I love skin. 8D And your skintone has the blue that I, myself, CANNOT CORPORATE INTO MY PICTURES. You did it wonderfullyyyyy.
-The hand is very nice. <3
-The outfit is love. <3

I actually never noticed the black until you mentioned it, so I'll keep that in mind when I do other black clothing (Unless its shiny, like leather, etc)
Yeah, I did mess up a bit on the shin, but I didn't notice it until I started coloring. 
Thank you! @o@ I actually use a purple color (Black cherry to be exact) extremely lightly and it somehow turns out blue a lot

Yeah, leather can be black and white. XD I forgot to mention that. XD Though most people would argue it's black and Cool Gray 10%! Or something.
Ohh Black Cherry. Such a risky move, with such cool shading. I might have to try that one day, as I tend to stop at violet.
It's so easy for me not to have them, simply because my character wear conserving clothing.
