Description
The first of many, here's Articuno for my Legendary Eevee Project :3Decided to revamp the old one completely. Just a note here, this project is more about what the Legionaries would look like if they were a possible evolution for Eevee. That being said some will look similar to existing eevolutions simply because they share the same type.
