In her place of birth, she is described as the Pony Frozen in ice. Due to her being alone often.
With her magic power she can manipulate and control water. This means she can mold ice, heat up or cool down water, draw water from the air and even control other ponies. However, she has only ever controlled one pony in her entire life, in fact, she hates doing it.

She is often in her ice tower which she calls it her 'ice fortress'. The ice never melts due to her powerful magic. She can control water, but that seems to be all she can do. She can't seem to cast other spells.

Personality: a bit socially awkward, but she is very kind

Likes: Moon cakes, water, playing in freshly fallen snow

Dislikes: Dry areas, hot weather
