I've heard that many homes and businesses in the U.K. (and maybe continental Europe too?) don't have air conditioning because of the normally mild climate. I'm used to temperatures like these in the summertime, but it'd really be rough if I didn't have A/C to counteract it.
In light of the Game Grumps clip you linked, it seems this milk-chocolate Milton is indeed melting uncontrollably. (Though the melting effect looks pretty convincing.) I like how you used the same Milton headshot and background from your official 2019 portrait, as if showing an alternate variant. Even the stripes in the background seem to be sagging from the heat.
